Returns & Exchanges:
In order to receive a full refund all of the following points must be complied with:
1. All items must be returned in the same condition as received which means, garments must include Poly Bag / Tags / Clips or Pins.
2. Shipping charges will only be credited back to the customer if an error in shipping was committed due to our negligence.
3. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice in order for a credit to be issued to your account. Please return items using the US Postal Service.
4. All items must be returned with in 15 days. Absolutely, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 15 Days.
